Purchased in 2000, in almost new condition. Manufactured with Super welded heay duty tubular steel construction ∙∙ Top and bottom platens with speed controls in both direction. Platens are mounted on linear bearings ∙∙ Energy efficient ceramics radiant panel heaters with 50 heat zones microprocessor controlled ∙∙Dual Vacuum systems consists of two powerful modular Busch R5 series rotary van vacuum pumps, sincle stage, air cooled, quiet operation and direct driven. The system consists of four appropriate 80 gallon accumulator tanks, to enable fast recovery time. This powerful vacuum system will provide Air Displacement with end vacuum of 29.9 Hg ∙∙ All functions of themachine, includig heater outputs, are controlled by a powerful KOYO programmable microprocessor ∙∙ The machine is suitable for all known vacuum forming techniques ∙∙ It is fully automatic with totally computerized controls. This is a highly sophisticated machine but is operator friendly.
